All sales and purchases of digital VIP access passes (1 Day Pass, 10 Days Package, 1 Month VIP Package) on Camverz are final, instant, and non-refundable. Once a pass is purchased, digital access benefits are granted instantly to your account and cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.

2. Instant Digital Activation & One-Time Payment

All purchases are one-time payments for the chosen duration. There are no recurring subscriptions, hidden fees, or automatic renewals. Because digital benefits are delivered immediately upon payment completion, no partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued.

3. Technical Support & Inquiries

In the rare event of a technical glitch where payment succeeded but digital pass benefits failed to activate, please contact our support desk at support@camverz.com with your transaction ID and registered email for instant manual activation.
