Camverz: Videocall & RealMeet (com.mohit.camverz) is deeply committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and fully compliant digital environment. We strictly enforce an absolute zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) across all our platforms, mobile applications, and services.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAM & CSAE

Camverz: Videocall & RealMeet strictly prohibits the creation, upload, transmission, display, or facilitation of any content or interaction depicting, promoting, or suggesting child sexual abuse or exploitation. Any account, user, or device found engaging in or attempting CSAM/CSAE will be permanently banned immediately, with device hardware identifiers and IP addresses permanently blacklisted, and all relevant logs reported to legal law enforcement agencies.

2. Strict 18+ Age Boundary & Minor Protection

Camverz: Videocall & RealMeet is strictly intended and restricted to adult users aged 18 and older. Minors (individuals under the age of 18) are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, accessing our video calling features, or using RealMeet hangouts. We utilize mandatory age verification gates, automated facial analysis checks, and 24/7 moderation systems to detect and immediately purge any underage accounts.

3. Mandatory Reporting to NCMEC & Global Law Enforcement

In full compliance with federal and international child safety laws (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and relevant global statutory requirements), Camverz: Videocall & RealMeet immediately reports all detected or suspected instances of CSAM/CSAE, child grooming, or minor exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and regional cyber crime law enforcement authorities.

4. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback & Reporting

In accordance with Google Play Child Safety Standards, Camverz: Videocall & RealMeet provides an active, user-accessible in-app reporting and feedback mechanism without leaving the app. Users can submit immediate child safety alerts, report underage users, or send safety feedback directly from:

• The user profile menu (tap the menu icon ➔ select "Safety Feedback & Report").
• The in-app Legal & Safety section (tap "Report Safety Concern (In-App)").
• The video calling interface reporting button.

All safety reports submitted in-app are prioritized by our 24/7 safety moderation team and investigated within 15 minutes of receipt.
